The simplicity of the product is the biggest positive I can give to Talos. No settings are hidden, and once you've played around you can soon find your way around.

Missing functionality for non-expiring job listings.
Difficult to track and manage job postings on boards.
No easy option to boost roles or select job boards.
Occasional issues with incomplete candidate applications.
Challenging HR system integration.

I find it hard to understand exactly where the roles are being posted and then sometimes how to find them on job boards. It would be better to allow you to select the job boards you want to ensure your role is featured on and then perhaps give you an option to boost certain roles with sponsorship or on specialist sites for an additional fee easily.
