Excellent, bit the tool and the customer service have been a delight. Intuitive and very easy to use, even for reluctant hiring managers.

"Looks nice at first, can be clunky later"
It's fine, some of my issues could be fixed if I paused and reset some of the template structures. It's better than Lever for multiple reasons as a cheaper price point. Our main reason for selecting pinpoint was a discount for startups/small companies.
