"Good tool but can use improvements"
Easy to use, has a nice UI that I found compatible. Being able to automate out reach was also a big plus and the fact it integrated to other tools easily was good too
Cons
Often fails initially but works when re-entered.
Poor sync between Lever and Gem causes lost data and unsynced emails, notes, and contact info.
Less than 5% of emails are accurate.
No automation for InMail sequences increases stress.
Poor support, no live assistance, and no account management relationship.
Broken search functions, fewer features than competitors.
No demo or free trial makes testing the product challenging.
No significant updates, while competitors offer better features at a lower cost.

"Stay Away From This Product!"
In 2021 product was good But in 2022 the product went completely downhill following mass layoffs. Account Management is unreachable, and customer support do not understand the product. User Account can be terminated at any point with no explanation. Over 100,00 candidates lost Millions of dollars in potential deals down the drain
