Build Job Descriptions via AI
We’re excited to introduce the AI-Driven Job Description Builder in iSmartRecruit, designed to create high-quality, structured job descriptions instantly, based on skills, experience, salary, education, city, and country. This feature ensures faster, more accurate, and consistent job descriptions, enhancing the overall recruitment experience.

How It Works
1. Generate Job Description with AI

On the Add Job screen, select the Generate JD with AI option.

In the search bar, enter details to generate a JD, such as the job title, skills, etc., and then click on Generate.
- Example prompt:
“Create a detailed job description for a [Marketing Manager] in a [tech startup], focusing on [SEO, content marketing, and brand strategy].”
2. AI-Powered Job Description Generation

The system will generate a detailed job description based on your inputs.
3. Regenerate or Insert Description

Insert: If the generated job description meets your needs, click Insert to automatically populate the job title, skills, and job description into the relevant fields.

Regenerate: If the generated description is not satisfactory, click Regenerate to modify and generate a new version.
4. Multi-Language Support

The feature supports job description generation in multiple languages, allowing recruiters to create JDs for a global audience.

Naukri Zwayam Integration
We are excited to introduce the Naukri Zwayam Integration in iSmartRecruit, which allows you to seamlessly post jobs and manage candidates across multiple platforms directly from iSmartRecruit.
How This Helps You
- Post Jobs on Multiple Platforms: Easily publish your jobs to Naukri, iimjobs, and Hirist from a single platform, saving time and effort.
- Keep Candidate Data Up to Date: Any candidate who applies from Naukri will be imported into iSmartRecruit.
- Efficient Candidate Status Management: Candidate Status updates in iSmartRecruit are automatically synchronized with the respective job boards, reducing manual effort and ensuring consistency.
How It Works
1. Admin Section Configuration

A new Naukri Section has been added under Admin > Job Board in iSmartRecruit.

Three checkboxes are available for selection: Naukri, iimjobs, and Hirist. Select the relevant job boards based on your subscription.
2. Posting Jobs

To publish jobs on Naukri, iimjobs, and Hirist: Open the desired job in iSmartRecruit.

Click on the Share button.

Select Sponsored Job Board Campaign
- Choose Naukri Zwayam from the Select Job Board and Run Sponsered Job Board Campaign section.
- Enter the Job Details and click on Post Job.

Important:
- Salary ranges should be between 50,000 to 50,00,000 and experience should be between 1 to 30 years.
- If the job already exists, iSmartRecruit will automatically update the job details.
- If a job is deleted from iSmartRecruit, it will also be unpublished from Naukri, and cannot be republished again.
3. Fetching Candidates from Naukri

iSmartRecruit will retrieve candidate applications from Naukri twice a day.
This feature helps attract more candidates while giving you enhanced control over your job postings and candidate management.
Profile Scanner Alert for Blocked Candidates
To improve client compliance and prevent unwanted candidate applications from existings clients, we’ve added a Profile Scanner Alert in the LinkedIn Profile Scanner and Xing.
How This Helps You:

Avoid Conflicts: Automatically identify candidates associated with existing clients whose candidates are blocked for recruitment.

Enhanced Compliance: Automatically preventing your team from contacting employees of existing client companies. This check involves comparing the candidate's email address with the company website and searching the client's name within the candidate's resume..
How It Works:

iSmartRecruit provides the option to block candidates from specific client companies for recruitment purposes.
- When importing a candidate using the LinkedIn Profile Scanner, iSmartRecruit checks if the candidate belongs to a company whose candidates are blocked for recruitment.

When this setting is enabled, a warning icon will be displayed on candidate profiles, preventing your team from contacting employees of client companies.

If the candidate is found, an error message will be displayed:

The system performs this check by:

Comparing the candidate's email address with the company website.

Searching the client's name within the candidate's resume.

Job Closure Notifications for Assigned Users
We’ve added a Job Closure Notification feature to notify assigned users when a job is closed or marked with an end status.
