You will be an essential part of constructing our talent pipeline as a Technical Recruiter. This includes proactively sourcing passive candidates from different sources, such as LinkedIn, professional networking sessions, and industry databases. You will handle the complete recruitment process, from initial screenings to coordinating interviews and negotiating offers. You will also handle establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

You will be required to regularly meet or surpass recruitment targets, report progress, and proactively identify potential issues. A high level of attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities at once are critical to success in this dynamic environment.

This position demands a high level of technical knowledge in diverse technical fields such as software development, data science, cybersecurity, and cloud computing. Keeping up with industry trends and technological developments is essential to conduct effective candidate identification and evaluation.

Technical Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute successful sourcing plans to secure top technical talent.
  • Deal with the complete recruitment cycle, from candidate identification to offer acceptance.
  • Interview and screen candidates, evaluating their technical abilities and cultural compatibility.
  • Negotiate pay and benefits packages with candidates.
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies successfully.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and furnish frequent progress reports.
  • Identify and solve potential recruitment issues beforehand.
  • Have a firm grasp of the latest market trends and technological innovations.
  • Visit industry conferences and networking sessions to develop contacts and tap into employees.

Technical Recruiter Requirements and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in working as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within a high-growth environment.
  • Solid knowledge of a range of technical fields, e.g., software development, data science, or cybersecurity.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Skill in applying Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other tools to recruitment.
  • Capacity to work on numerous priorities at one time and deliver against tight timelines.
  • Experience across multiple sourcing strategies, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Capacity to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Documented capacity to achieve consistently at, or above, recruitment levels.
